Getting to know Marc DiMatteo

The stress and frustration the injured worker experiences is enough to deal with on its own, and the burden of navigating the complicated and confusing processes involved with the Workers’ Comp Law, rules, and regulations is sometimes too much. Marc understands these difficulties, and what injured workers are forced to confront when injured at work. Knowing your rights and knowing what needs to be done can be a daunting task. This is why Marc has dedicated his practice to helping injured workers obtain the maximum financial benefits and all of the necessary medical treatment that they are entitled to.

Marc was born and raised in Buffalo, New York; graduated from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York with a degree in Political Science; and is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law. While at Syracuse, Marc was an associate editor of The Digest, the Law Journal of the National Italian American Bar Association. Marc is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in New York State and United States District Court for the Western District of New York.

Before joining Connors & Ferris, Marc served a two-year appointment clerking at the New York State Supreme Court of New York County in Manhattan, focusing on civil litigation; and also practiced insurance defense litigation in Buffalo.
